Jessica Ann makes up the "Ann" half of the name and is one of the co-owners/operator's of AnnElyse. She attended Duncan Brothers Edmond, where she completed 1500 hours of class time and completed her licensing through the Oklahoma Barber Board. She has 12 years behind the chair.
